A beautifully created image for a sad occasion.
Great honor to a fantastic artist and illustrator.
WOW! Very nice! Sadly I am not familiar with the person this is dedicated to but it is a nice gesture none-the-less.
Wonderful image.
It's a sad day for fans of fantasy. His work with the Conan series is what got me interested in the genre. Excellent dedication.
His work was beautiful and it is a sad day. He was 82 and very ill. I know he is in a better place with the traditional tools he used to create his art! May he rest in peace!
Fantastic scene, congratulations.
OH NO, SAY IT AINT SO??!! What an iconic figure, sad to see him go. Very nice tribute to him...
Wonderful dedication!!!!!!!
I hadn't heard until I saw your picture, what a shock! Your image does him justice, but it is indeed a sad day.
I had no idea he had passed. This is a wonderful tribute to a legend.
Super super job. Nicely done....
What a terrible day for our community... one of the godfathers of fantasy pinup art has left us! I remember seeing his book covers at the stores and being enticed to read Edgar Rice Burrows, and Robert Howard. Without his art, the world probably would never have heard of Tarzan or Conan the Barbarian. I am very saddened to hear that one of my artistic heroes has passed... This is a very nice tribute, well done!
tiss is a sad day to the artistry world tracey, his art will always be popular, super dedi to a fantastic artist.. steve
goodbye to a true legend!
Fantastic work and dedication, very nicely done!
I did not know he had passed on. He certainly led the field and I agree in part with Seaview that he really sold the world on the Tarzan and Conan series, among others. A great hero, most of us would not be doing what we do here were it not for him.
Marvelous Scene And a great dedi !

I didn´t know that one of the greatest fantasy artists is dead.... And so it´s a real great dedication to this outstanding man
Wonderful tribute. It is because of people like you that an artists work is remembered by some and first seen by those that will become patrons of the artist. Nice job.
