Description
My son's computer has packed up so now we are without Photoshop probably until I get my brand new personal laptop next week or he get's his desktop fixed!!! It is a tragedy!!! LOL... I am now forced to revert to OLD pictures!
I have captured this Blue Crane at the Monte Bird Park close to my house sometime early last year I think. The Blue Crane is South Africa's national bird!
Thank you for visiting and for your great support in comments and favs on my upload "Autumn Rose - The Sequel" of yesterday!
Stay well!
Hugs
Carin xx

Wonderful shot! He/she looks like it's dancing for joy.
Thank you for sharing this picture Carin. I trust you will be happy with your new Laptop. Outstanding capture.
He looks so funny from the back :o) Do you think his wings have been clipped?
Perfect capture! It really looks like it's dancing. :D
OH NO! Without photoshop! I had no idea how much I needed it till I got it! LOL! Never mind..this is a beauty!
Barbara - His/Her wings might have been clipped! Most of the birds in this park have been injured too badly and cannot be released back in the wild!
What a wonderful bird! And you got a great capture of him...
Yes I know the feeling - Kind of like having one of your wings cliped - Fun photo :)
You know what they say - 'The old ones are the best.'
excellent !
Wonderful bird ! Excellent photo !
What a pose. Excellent shot, fantastic play of light and shadow.
This is a very impressing beauty, very elegance. Good to see 'your oldies'. Success with your (new) computer, Carin!
Great shot !!
superlative image!
belle photo!!
Fantastic capture! :)
a beauty!
Stellar beyond words in this cool shot of the magnificent avian, Carin! You caught the awesome wings at just the right time. I believe morningglory, on a visit to her local zoo, posted a closeup today of the same species of bird. And I know you feel at sea without a laptop and Photoshop.
Very beautiful capture, Carin!
Waltz or Cha-Cha? They say timing is everything and you prove it here. Perfect shot at the perfect time. Wonderful work.
Exceptional capture. S/he looks like a Blue "dancing" Crane to me. They call them Stanley Cranes over here. Dana
You are fortunate to have old postable pictures. In every cloud there is a silver lining...get your old computer stolen...but a new one in return. Great shot of SA's national bird. Hugs, Bill:)
Great photo! So different from the Sandhill Cranes in this part of the world, but they both like to dance.
How very unique! the form of the head and the coloring is fascinating. A crane and yet so different from ours. The stop action is impeccable.
Excellent shot!
Dance ???, with such a lovely thing,,, of course :)
An old shot and no Photoshop--coulda fooled me---it's awesome!!
It is a very nice capture. Sorry about your computer. As they say, 'stuff happens' ... or computers are really confusers. ;c)
Absolutely beautiful!
