Description
Giraffes always seem to me to have edge in the animal world when it comes to the haughty look of the aristocrat! And really need no real introduction.. The name (Giraffa camelopardalis) comes from an African word for fast walker, and indeed each stride is 16 feet! And the latin name from the Roman who thought it was a cross between a Camel and a Leopard..

This Giraffe is very beautiful/handsome depending whether it is a female or male. Yes!!!, they do seem to have that aristocratic way don't they.....BRAVO.

I was once told by a boyfriend that i looked a lot like a giraffe, and seeing your pic, I'm flattered! Then after a few years he changed his mind to Camel...Hmmm!
