Description
Just a quick animation (you have to view it in full size to see it). Same deal here; frames rendered in Poser 7 (30 of them), shipped to Image ready for layering, then to Photoshop 7 for Gif transformation and back to IR for animation.
There has got to be an easier way.

Nice work. I use Paint Shop Pro and it came with a pretty decent animation program called Animation Shop. It works well for me and you can get it seperate, even a free demo to try out. Costs around $40. http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,7652-order,1/description.html
Very nice animation. You could have used 3 or 4 frames as a wing flap to go with the glide, but still nice. You should be able to do all the frames in photoshop for the animation and save as gif. Also, have you tried making your animation in Poser? The quality is lower though, and a smaller image.
