... Let me put a smile on that face.
"If a pig loses its voice, is it disgruntled?"
For grins, I installed Poser 6 as well as the Winter Queen stuff on my computer last night. And as It's been a very long time since my last render I wondered if I'd remember how to set up a proper lighting scheme. Well, I couldn't. Had to go through the tutorials again. So here's the result with Jessi all done up in her queenly garb.
Programs used: Poser 6, HDRShop, Light_gen plug-in, and a python script for importing lights into Poser. And, of course no render is finished without a bit of post work in PaintShopPro 9.
Happy New Year everyone!!!

Kool Gene, it's Syd's heavenly Sister ! Dig the folded wing pose, also the lighting & DOF really add to the overall scene ! Well done & Happy New Year <:o)
Very nice. Coloring is pretty and the wings are very life-like.
Very cool.
Honestly this is the very best render I have ever seen Jessi in (ever)... Gorgeous image and it is also good to see you again!
Excellent!!!!!!!
Wonderful!!!
yes, no reason to be so serious! it's all right -
Great work Gene .The textures and lighting are very realistic , but then thats a characteristic of your style of art.I especially like the way the wings look.Hopefully it won't be too long till we see another of your wonderful pieces.
Wonderful character and textures! Happy New Year!

Well done image, happy new year my friend!!!!
beautiful and wonderfully done character
Superbe personnage. Excellent rendu.
Wow, I agree with Dusty that this is the best Jessie image. You make a real strong comeback and I hope to see more of your special works in the new year. Truely exquisite how you have wrapped the wings around her and the soft lighting is so complimentary to the wings. Beautiful post work... but then you always did know how to get the most out of psp.
Superbe !!
very seriously cool image.. and nobody does folded wings... that is the deciding factor... seriously cool instant fave!

Happy New Year may it be full of smiles wonderful work warm hugs, Linda
very very beautiful Angel hon....lovely lighting and color....Happy New Year Hon, love, Carol
Very very beautiful and so impressive Gene! She looks not only serious but a little sad too, I imagine that really she is a true angel who is sad about mankind currently does. So she encourage us to change of mind and be better. It recalls me the fantastic but too rare digital paintings of the great Mondwin (once per year only)… I take your image as a fav, and you do know that normally I never take more than one single fav per artist. You have given here a wonderful present for the RR community and I wish you an excellent health and much energy for this year, and the best for people you love too!
Exceptional and gorgeous !! fabulous beauty in this stunnning work !
Its been a while,a terrific start too the decade. Best for 2010

I like Jessi .. quite a lot. I like her all the more when she is serious, because she wears it very well. ;-) I adore her eyes here! Thanks for re-loading last night and for bringing something forth.
