Dark Defender is a COH Character called Az'riel by a friend of mine at Deviant Art.
This character was part of a larger image I did for him, with his 5 characters. I spent so much time on the texture I wanted to show it off again.
So once more, Az'riel Dark Defender of Paragon City - also known as MORP called City of Heroes.
Since his powers are sort of soul based, I went a little creative with the special effect of his flight, and power usage.
