Psi Defender
Serah Phim is a PSI Defender COH character for a friend on deviant Art. This character was made for a larger image called the Shadow Court.
I figured I should make some individual ones just because. Here is Serah Phim.

It's a strong, powerful image. I'm not sure I like the face, though. Looks a bit like mime makeup, compared to the detail of the outfit, wings, and elemental effects.
