Description
This view of Giotto's Campanile is from the dome of the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore. The Campanile along with the Baptistry is part of the cathedral complex of the Florence duomo.
This picture was taken in July 1995 and later scanned.

What an interesting bell tower...I have heard about it but have never really read any details or looked at it. Just read you can get to the top by climbing 414 steps. That's make a good workout for you Sig...and for me:)
