Description
I have captured this image way back in 2007 with my son's "point & shoot" camera whilst on a flight from Miami to Bermuda. I looked out the window and saw this "canyon" in the clouds! It was late afternoon and the sun's glow was spectacular!
Thank you for popping in and for your valued comments and favs on my previous upload!
Stay well!
Hugs, Carin xx

W O N D E R F U L !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wow!!! clouds sea, excellent!!!
A gorgeous image!!
Without the low angle of the light it would not look half as good! Very well done! Clive
I am always so fascinated by the view from an airplane. I've been flying since 1955 and as a toddler I was enthalled with sights - to the point that 55 years later, I can still remember what I saw as a 2 year old from my aluminum-framed seat. :-) (Yes, I'm old as dirt... LOL) This is one of those mesmerizing views.
Wonderful image !
WOOOW What a view. It is indeed a stunning sight. Well captured Carin.
amazing view, agree with cfulton: the shadows/ low light angle make it!
WOW it looks like the arctic, fabulous pic.
Amazing!
Fantastic picture!
Oh, to be on the way somewhere----what a gorgeous foto, I love this!!
What unusual clouds! They look so bumpy and granular compared to the somewhat smoother surface we normally see from above. And, the canyon appears so much like a river running through a broken sheet of ice in this fine foto, Carin.
Great cloud shot!
wowwww.....what a view !!
Sugar topping on a pie:) Like it.
outstanding shot for a point shoot
Superb capture as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic shot...great capture.
awesome capture Carin .. you have been all over the place my dear !I need ot win a lottery lol
I love the way the clouds look up in a plane. This is a cool shot.
Oh, I love sky canyons and other such phenomena. Cloudscapes are dramatic to begin with, but from above they're something else all together. I love this shot and the light is fantastic. Whenever I fly, I love sitting near the wing as well and so the inclusion of the wing in this shot is superb! I like that added detail. This is gorgeous work, and yeah...that canyon is impressive.
Wonderful!
