Description
Captured back on 4/11/09, early in the morning, about 1.5 miles/2.414 kilometers from my hunker down habitat.
Fun and reflections galore from a forgotten folder.
Top shot the original, #2 the garden variety postworked version, and #3 a conversion to black and white, with a yellow filter applied for deep contrast. I like that one because it reminds me of the photo effects from the movie, "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow," starring Jude Law, Gwyneth Paltrow, and the lovely Angelina Jolie.
I have so many pictures of this glass beauty that it's a challenge determining which filters to use and which ones to post on any given day. Actually, I could make a career out of these shots themselves. But then, you'd never get to see my autos and orchids, among other things.
For detailed information on this building and my experience shooting it, go to my "Mirrored Building #1," posted yesterday.
Toodles, and thankx for the look-see.

i like it.. very simple and beautiful
Very interesting effect here...as I look at any one of the three shots it is like looking straight through the building at the clouds...see how the clouds above fit with the reflectiions on the side. How'd you do that? It just sort of happened didn't it... Well done.
Yes, it could be a whole photographic career, couldn't it? Nicely done, Harry!
All three are great awesome photo and great post work.
All excellent! I go for the last one of these three. I like the drama. The cloud seems to be sneaking up on the building. Wonderful shots!
The black and white one is special
