Some say it is a little early to put out Christmas decorations and all that right now...but me being me, I did it anyway this year. Mainly because we totally missed Thanksgiving and Christmas last year...so to make up for that we bought a fake tree (our first, much rather have the real thing) so we can keep it up longer to make up for last year. This is a closeup of my favorite bulb on our tree we just put up yesterday. The kids and I finished decorating it tonight...the inner picture is of my Santa's Toy Shop...one piece to my Christmas village...I don't have as many cool pieces to my Christmas village as I do the Halloween one, but other decorations in the house sure make up for that (ask lunchlady...lol). I wish everyone a wonderful Holiday season...never regret not having something or wish you had better, it could be far worse in the blink of an eye.
Justin and I will be gone most of the day tomorrow, he as a Doc appointment...been a very busy week and I do apologize for delayed comments on your images. I haven't forgotten you.
My photos with Photoshop post-work :-)

Wonderful composition, looks fantastic!
Awful early indeed, but then again it will give you plenty of time to find all us kids good presents this year..... I was not all that happy with the coal you got me last year. True it was good for charcoal drawings, I really am not that good drawing. I think finger paints might be more my style....I know it all depends how good I have been. You say that every year. BTW: I have said prayers for debbielove and threatened to come a calling and thrash him if he did not get better, but he tells me that he is not getting better. I am asking for some prayer help, as it seems I have used up a lot of my pull with the lord already. Common people it is for a nice guy.
I will have a beautiful thought for you - two. Christmas One moment marvellous and filled of sorrows of the times. This is not everyone which will pass midnight suppers to heat ((5++)) J'aurai une belle pensée pour vous -deux . Noël Un moment merveilleux et remplie de peines des fois . Ce n'est pas tout le monde qui vont passer un réveillons à la chaleur ((5++))
Wonderful image... fine fantasy.
Wow....only you!!! This is just so you. Funny, they think I am crazy around here because I wanted to start putting up decorations back before Halloween. Might have to put on Manheim Steamroller and get started early too. Something else very special happens around Christmas too doesn't it??? Can't wait - thank you for an early Christmas... "There was something about this time of year. Something that made Rain's heart beat like that of a little girl - the little girl she kept mostly locked away. The little girl who danced in the rain, who giggled as she put her Christmas lights up early.... one with a heart that secretly thought about him with every breath.... especially this time or year."
Beautifully created... Have a Rockin' nd a Rollin' Xmas! You and Justin... Cos I know you hate hospital trips... A stunning piece of creativity.. Well done, Rose! Rob.
Beautiful Christmas scene!
Like REALLY, TRULY and POSITIVELY getting a head start. Stellar image and Xmas effects in this composition, Rose!
Wow.. Early compliments of the season to You and all of Your Family..
I've been thinking about doing a better job of decorating this year myself. Mandy (my dog) doesn't seem to mind one way or the other about decorations:) We always do Thanksgiving here at my house...other holidays, I am off to my daughters' homes in the suburbs of Kansas City.
Outstanding work!
An excellent image, simply beautiful!
A lovely idea to get a headstart on Christmas. I love all the decorations going up early too as it makes the season last longer. A lovely image. I hope Justin's Dr's visit goes well.
It seems to come earlier every year, doesn't it? Nice picture!
Wow, It looks as if we are collecting the same village. I have Santa's Toy Shop too, Cool! Love it and if I could get away with it, I would already have mine up. I have to wait for Thanksgiving. It's ok though. It gives us something to do while the turkey is going. I collect the old world Santas too. Great shot and hey, if the stores can do it, then you can too.
I recall my mother being diligent about having a tree and her special decorations she found in garage sales.I myself have no use for such, but I still can see the beauty.yours is pretty
bah humbug :P lol ..very nice christmas image
Marvelous ! ! ! ! ! !
Gorgeous Rose, I love that Santa. The old world ones seem to have so much more character. I love Christmas, this year will be a quiet one tho. Everyone becomes so childlike at Christmas and you can really feel the spirit then:-) Hugs to you and Bekah! (ssssh! tonite I hope)lol!
ITS WONDERFUL !!!
a perfect image - the inset is offset by the surrounding Picture, I love it.
