M3 and M4 characters. Rendered in Poser 6. Postwork in PS7. King Brendanus takes King Diomedes' two palace guards, Antonius and Glaius, (yes, they are twins), on a tour of his country. They travel through steep, dark mountain passages, stopping in many villages along the way. The King wishes to show them his pride and joy, a diamond mine. They reach the mine at dusk, just as the last miner exits for the day. The king tells the miners they needn't stay saying they need to go to their homes after a hard days work. He escorts the two visiting guards inside to show it off. They travel deep into the mine. As they look around, Antonius and Glaius are astounded at the quantity and quality of the many diamonds embedded in the walls. Suddenly, there is a low rumble behind them. A section of the mine caves in. Huge boulders fall from the ceiling blocking their exit. The two palace guards instinctively realize the danger and rush to King Brendanus' side attempting to shield him from danger. In this emotionally super charged setting, an unshakeable bond forms between these three. As they huddle together to fight off the nighttime chill of the mine, they hear feverish digging on the other side of the cave-in as the miners, realizing what has happened, rush to their rescue.
