Description
As we wandered around Chicago, we took a detour thru the subway. I was fascinated, never having seen anything like it before. The way the lights give such an eerie glow, bathing everything in its ghastly light---the perfect setting for some kind of monster movie!!

Good capture. You should go to Japan sometime. They have a massive subway system. Aloha
I love the composition and color. The silhouette of the traveler in the foreground adds so much to this image. A fave!
You should see some of NYC's subway stations - that is stuff horror movies are made of!!! What a wonderful image Marilyn! You somehow always managed to get the most unusual angles and effects! Bravo! :)
Very surreal. The darkness on the lower right makes it seem as though the platform is floating. The lone figure also seems somehow unreal.
Just love everything about this shot. Great mood, colors and comp!
Now this is my kind of photo Marilyn! Awesome.
LOL...Fearless Marilyn... Love your description and proof. Aloha
Lovely capture Marilyn this looks great excellent shot!!
great capture...
Marvellous strong composition!
excellent work my friend
wonderful!
Great lighting...don't know how you do it but the results are always very interesting. Only subway that I've experienced is the one in New York which is similar but different as you'd expect. Now, you'll have to travel to London and Moscow to photograph their subways.
Cool shot and treatment!
Oh, I would be too this is so cool warm hugs, Linda
Stunning! A superb image. I like the way you've balanced the harsh lighting with patches of dark. Amazing work.
Totally stellar!
We must have been in different subways. :|
London, Montreal and Washington, DC are the best that I have been on. Wonderful shot considering the limited lighting. Dana
Very nice mood.
Une lumière stridente comme les bruits qui circulent dans cet environnement métropolitain, excellent
Wow very cool shot. Love the lighting. Great capture.
