Description
Captured 10/8/09, early in the morning, within walking distance of my peculiar place.
Introducing Baba, (pronounced Bahbah).
Don't let that soulful expression of country friendliness fool you...this big pup was aggressive, barking, hyper and territorial enough to take a big bite out of me if he could. He probably thought I was the human equivalent of a fox or raccoon. My yelling "bad dog" and "chill out" had no effect. I'll bring along doggie snacks the next time I go by his place; maybe that will dampen his basic instincts. Anyway, I would give a short curt shout to freeze him just long enough to get in a decent shot.

OMG - a face just a mother can love! What an adorable pooch Harry - just be careful - dog bites ain't fun... I had too many to count and mine were dachshund bites. This fellow will do huge damage! :)

Good lord, the scrapes you seem to almost get into, Harry!! I love the POV on his massive muzzle. He is the epitome of watchdogs but might see right through those doggy treat with a grrrrowl. Careful!

I have to say that first shot made me grin. Had I been there I would not have been grinning... but seeing how fast my feet could carry me away.. LOL.
