Very nice. One of my college friends owned a MK3 in the early seventies. Great vehicle for exploring the twisting roads of the California Coast and the Sierra Nevadas.
Always liked these. Nice shot!
Great weekend car, nice shot.
Nice little sports car.
wonderful car!!!!!
Fantastic sport car..nice colorr too! Super capture Ken :)
my best friend in high school had one, same color.... with the planetary overdrive.... even in those days it was the very best chick magnet on the planet. GREAT SHOT.... brings back memories!
WOWWWWWW
Chick magnet, hihi...I had to think for a moment, you call it chick magnet....very well. Wonderful old lady, looks good till today. Not such normed bullshit from a chinese wind channel. Thanks for sharing such a pearl.
Fine photo Ken. You know about my '63 Corvette but I had a '62 Austin Healey 3000 before that. I only kept it for a year or so...three carbs, extremely little ground clearance, no roll-up windows, a finger breaking top, my battery located in the trunk caught fire and the suspension system wasn't much. BUT the car looked great:)
Eeeeee! 1967...I was stationed in Aden (Yemen) then...lots of troubles and we all drove khaki painted Austin Healeys...otherwise known as long wheel based Landrovers with no tops or windshields on and a long length of angle iron with nicks cut into it sticking out of the front to break the cheese wires which were spread across the road to cut our heads off!!!! Those were the days! Oh! to be 19 again! Lovely car..lovel shot!
god oldies..Ken nice pic. try to shot some different angle, some strange POV
Dig the DOF effect, very kool along with those wire-rims ! Well done & ~Cheers~

outstanding quality shot.lucky you caught by it's lonesome
Great shot of thsi classic, well done Ken. They only built the Mk III's from 1964 to 67 and these were the last of the Healey 3000's. Powered by a 2912cc straight 6 engine the car did o- 60mph in 10 seconds and had a top speed of 115mph! The cars were built at Abingdon near Oxford in the Uk.
