Gorgeous and beauty tractor!!!!!!!!!!Bravissimo!:DDD.Hugsxx
That's interesting, the way the 2 front wheels are so close together.
wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!
Brilliant one to convert to B&W - well done - mood and age. Love the clouds! Cheers, Clive
Amazing it still works. Built tough I assume. Very nice shot. :)
Ah, the secret of big pumpkins: a manure spreader?
Actually, the implement behind the tractor is the old style baler that makes the small rectangular hay bales such as seen in the foreground by the front wheels of the tractor.
Very cool Bill...like your black and white :-)
My uncle had an old Ferguson. I know nothing about them, but I always remember driving it around the farm at the age of 5!!!!I'm probably lucky to be alive!!!!!!!
Beautiful shot of an old tried and true work horse!!
excellent capture and work!
That tractor looks like it has plenty of miles on it! Great work Bill!
Oh look! There's one of those 50's tractors I just mentioned to Andrea! If I'd started at the back and worked my way forward, I would have understood her comment. I LOVE that front tire configuration! A friend recently showed me shots of working vintage tractors, and it was quite exciting to see them. This style was my favorite. Looks great in b&w!
Great shot. Yes, lots of TLC keeps these old machines going for years. We have an old Mini Moline about the same age and we use it every year.
fascinating machine, and great B/W!!!!!
Very cool old tractor, A lot of the farms up this way still have them and in operation. "They don't buildem like this anymore." I love looking at them all. We have several flea markets and swap meets during the summer, and you always see a few of these sitting there. Great capture.
These great old machines just keep going--I see a lot of them at home. Great shot!!
cool shot!!!!
A slice of history.
The day of the tractor... between you and Andrea and Tara I am getting seriously educated today! lol... Great shot of this old timer Bill!!! :)
Like the pic in b/w as depicts the times it was first used!!!! My son once asked me how old I was when the world was b/w, watching b/w films he thought the world was b/w :o)
wonderful shot!!
Wonderful POV and clarity in this snap. The old war horse looks in fine fettle, Bill. I see you converted the foto to B&W to give it that 1950s feel. All we need now is Henry Fonda at the controls.
Amazing how these old tractors just keep on keeping on. A shame the modern stuff doesn't last as long. The B&W shows the details very well.
Nice capture! Looks really good in B&W. My sister was born in 1954. It was a very good year!
Great capture Bill. It looks really great in b&w.
And why not! Great to see old working tractors and the like still out there doing their thing! Great shot Bill, in black n white! Rob
I love tractors
