Description
This image is dedicated to Valery (Godin). She is one of the nicest ladies I know, and I am so proud to be her friend. She is an amazing artist, and her gallery is filled with images that can only be desribed as Heavenly. Valery is also a vendor, and her characters (Dena) and (VH Rose) are a pleasure to work with. For a long time Valery has been a dear friend to me. She is a loving friend, and has a inner strength that can't be matched. She always leaves such thoughtful comments for my images, and I wanted to do one for her. When Valery was a little girl she was kind and shy. Her parents could leave her alone, and know she was safe. Except for this one time she was tempted to have an adventure. I hope you enjoy her story.
Dave
Valery's Big Adventure (For Godin): Years ago in the Netherlands It was just after Christmas, and Valery watched the neighbor boys dragging Christmas trees into town. Every year the whole town would gather and create a fire with the trees. It sounded so exciting, and Valery wanted to go. Her parents were at work, so she hoped to go to the event and return before they were home. She followed the boys into town, and realized she was now lost and alone. Many people said hello to her, but none of them realized she was scared and crying. Finally a policeman saw Valery, and he took her to his home. She had a great time playing with his children, and his wife took good care of her. Later that night he got a report that a family was looking for a missing girl. The policeman took Valery home, and she was so happy. Her entire family was there to greet her, including Tippy the cat and her sister. Her Mom Rita was crying, and so happy to see her. Her Dad John thanked the policeman for bringing her home. Valery learned a lesson about going out alone that she never forgot.
Forgive me if I am quiet and slow to respond to your messages. My Mom collapsed the other day while she was shopping, and was taken to the hospital. She is home now, and the doctors are running tests on her to find out what happened.

Hi Dave .. great to see you posting this wonderful image with the amazing accompanying story. You are the master at this type of work. Hope nothing serious with Mom, and that she recovers real quick. Take care.
I'm sorry to hear about your Mom, I do hope she will be all right. This is a lovely scene to go with your story and your posing looks superb and very natural. I'm sure Valery will love it too. I love the little blue shoes to match the frock, a lovely touch.
Oh this is adorable. I like the way you portrayed Valery, the little girl running towards her mom! This image is adorable and you did a great job with it. I am so sorry to hear about your mom. If she collapsed suddenly, it could be that her sugar level or cholesterol levels are high. It has happened to my mom. I do hope hope it's alright and she is fine. If she is at home then that is good! Hang in there, it seems like the storm is still in full force. I hope the sun will come out to shine soon. You know what I mean. :)
Oh Dave this is another wonderful image. YOu bring everyones stories to life. I love the expressions and the men shaking hands. Great posing.
Dave this is so Amazing Hun!!!! I am so very sorry I am so late to see it. THis is so Fantastic! I Love it!
I LOVE YOUR STORY AS ALWAYS . I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOM, I 'LL PRAY FOR HER TO MAKE A FULL RECOVERY. I KNOW YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF HER. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. JANE
Hope everything turns out well with your mother. Always nice to see what the little tikes are up to in your renders. You always come up with the most wonderful expressions and everyone is always so well posed. I just wish they made a more realistic texture and hair for the mil-kids like the do for Victoria or even Laura. Maybe they do but I have not seen it. Anyway, I like this one a lot.
Beautiful scene and story.Wonderful work.
Superbe scène et belle histoire Dave :)
Always a thrill viewing/reading your wonderful imagery. A wonderful dedication, which Valery will cherish I am sure. I am saddened to hear of your mom, and my prayers/thoughts go out to you. Thank you so much for such delightful work Dave.
