Description
Captured 9/18/09, early in the morning, somewhere within walking distance of my archaic abode.
A ZOOM view quite worth your while.
Okay, this scene is kind of unusual, but I'm known for taking unusual photos of unusual things....in fact, I'm also known for saying unusual -- or aberrant -- things, so let the games continue and the chips fall where they may.
Anyway, at least this is not just the shadow of a generic picket fence. Rather it is from a beautifully sculptured barrier, replete with royal fleur-de-lis spikes and escutcheons.
And, sorry, I don't know what kind of car that is.
Thankx for stopping by, and tallyho.

Nicely seen Harry...looks very real...stranger things have been painted on cars..
wonderful looking
That's a cool shadow, it makes it look like one of those custom paint jobs! Well spotted and captured!
Almost looks like a coat of arm on the car door. Great capture and good eyes to realise a potential with the sahdows.
ha! Very cool
Looks like the shadow of someone disco dancing.. lol but then I'm weird. Great eye, Harry! :)
whats unusual about that? LOL just kidding a great shot my friend. Looks like another sun shiny day in California, enjoy it.
WOW... that is very eye catching. And I am so glad it caught your eye, Harry. Imagine that being painted on professionally. Car tattoos anyone? Awesome!
Great eye and capture! Seems like it should be on a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce.
Very well seen and captured. Excellent shot!
So well seen, Harry!
It does look like some kind of very unique paint job. Nice catch!

Yeah! looks like a fancy paint job.. Well shot my friend.. And a good idea.. Rob.
Sorry Harry...been spotty on my commenting over the weekend. Good eye on this shot. I'll bet I'd have walked right on past this without seeing it:) Particularly like the shadow of the guy in the middle...looks like he's pointing skyward or waving a pirate pistol around to keep you in line:-)
lol...this looks like a royal car with the shadow painting on the side, you have a good eye
