Description

The Chronicles of Inthandonia; Part 3

Sam Pethany and his partner, Amy Savensa are performing under the full moon in the small Phenetsian village of Lyto. As usual their repertoire consists of many traditional Thanian songs sprinkled with a good number of their own original compositions.

Sam and Amy are well known in this part of Phenets and the moonlight and the lure of good music has drawn many of the townsfolk to the Common, a grassy square in the villages heart.

The soft moonlight and the mild dewy evening add to the magick that is the voice of Amy Savensa, the 'songbird of Phenets'. As Sams nimble fingers caress haunting chords from the lute, Amy's song rises into the night air. The music wraps the onlookers in a cocoon of comforting emotion, transporting each listener to their own special magickal place inside themselves.

Members of the Thanian Guild of Bards and Minstrels, Sam and Amy are trained and experienced in the arts of sonic enchantment and harmonic vibrations. Riding on the waves of rapt attention from the growing crowd Sam and Amy's music weaves a subtle and sweeping web, the strands of which touch the hearts and minds of the villagers.

This is not a Great Magick that moves mountains or summons dragons but it is none-the-less a potent and enchanting spell that is woven this night in Lyto.
