Description
We had a very wet June and the last week of July was also extremely rainy. As a result, my pond filled to overflowing.
It has been about 3 years or so since the pond was this full and we seldom get more than a few showers in June, July or August. It was a very unusual event to get this much rain at this time of the year.
I took this shot a couple of days after the last big rain and I had opened an overflow valve the day before I took this shot. The water was about 2 foot above the dock before I opened the valve.
It is not a great photo but it does provide a glimpse of my pond for those who have not seen earlier postings which showed it.
Thanks to those who take the time to comment.

You sure have a beautiful place.
Nice place to "hunt" for Dragonfly-Shots... We've got a wet summer here too.
Great to see this...!
Beautiful image! I would've removed the chair though. :)
I've been hoping to see this pond :-) The greens are so rich and lush. So you have been getting the rain that the Gulf Coast hasn't, huh? I see why you spend so much time here. How are the ticks and mosquitos down there?
