Description
Shoo Shoo Baby was a popular song sung by the Andrew Sisters in 1944. Most of us Renderositians weren't around then but believe it or not, a few of us were:-) I won't name names.
The crew of this B-17 named their aircraft after the song, added another Shoo and had the local airfield artist render an attractive young lady on the nose.
I cut a lot away...all kinds of other stuff nearby to distract the eye. So for those of you who like whole objects...you just get a taste this time:-)))
Thanks for stopping by,
Bill:)

Great nose art of the G model. My grandmother was a "Rosie the Riveter" for Douglas in Long beach,Ca. Her favorite song was Sentimental Journey. YouTube has a collection of Andrews Sisters songs.
