Description
Created in Apo205zplus. I am gathering I titled it this is because I was wondering about the state of American last year and I have to say it holds very true of America today. I try not to be political as everyone has their own opinion. But I am saddened by what is happening to the everyday person on the street. I can only wish that we could pick up the pieces and do the right thing.

Nicely glass-like. The title is evocative as well, since there are those who would say that the American Dream is shattered into zillions of little cutting shards. The state of the country today would seem to support that view. At any rate, this is a gorgeous image! I love the wealth of subtle colors. There are full rainbows in there!
I love the splinted look of this fractal and your interpretation of it is great. I'm sure it wont be long before America and the rest of the world is back on their feet again. We are starting to see a recovery here allready.

This is beautiful. I immediately thought of a quilt piece. The title is so perfect, and fits the piece right on. I too think we will pull the pieces together and make this a better place. It saddens me though, to see how much so many people have lost because of the greed of a few.
