Description
Just another doodle that I rather like. Terrain was created from an terrain image of Mars in Bryce 6.1. Aircraft is a model of a Beechcraft Model 17 "Staggerwing;" a wonderful product of the Kansas Aircraft Industry of the 1930s and early 1940s. The later versions had retractable landing gear. Found this model at: www.archive3d.net among a lot of pages of furniture! (It's the same site where I found the Ford Tri-motor that I featured in a render several days back.) The model is fairly low poly and therefore not suitable for closeup work.
Hope you like it! Thanks for visits and comments.
