Description
At the mill where my hubby worked my cousins home..
there was blackberry's galore...Hubby picked and cousin and I took pics...He got enough for me to munch on and one of my girlfriends made me a blackberry cobbler it was delicious..I thought about getting a whole clump of the berries for the pic but decided to do just this one.....it stood out from the rest like it was saying "Pick me, Pick me" LOL...
As for me I have gained weight I now weigh 119 1/2 where I was weighing 111...so that is good....but have been doing some abnormal bleeding that I shouldn't be doing....I had a complete hysterectomy yrs ago...and no ovaries and I get scared to death when I see the blood......
The ER Dr said I had a serious situation and you know me I asked what he thought it could be..and he said I could have some cysts bleeding, or polyps even...and I should get it seen about by a Urologist.......I hate going to the Dr all time and test all time.......I just want to eat read get on the computer talk to my online friends and be happy.......I had to cancel chemo on the count of it as well as the MRI and Bone Density test...tickled about that now its not due until Aug 10th LOL:)
I have some peaches that my uncle grew where I took a pic of hope it isn't lost........It was so neat looking..but the blackberries looked better:)
All post work done in PSP9....added 2 borders..hue and saturation..brightness, one step fix photo..and frame.........

Awww, Susan. Thanks for the beautiful blackberries. Some are still sour, but you probably got the best ones in that cobbler, and that's even better. Eat lots of cobbler and put ice cream on top if you can. So sorry to hear that things have been slipping a bit.

Well then...you didn't catch me up on "the rest of the story" and I figured your issues were fixed with the meds. You can site mail if you want...LOL Anyway, This shot sure made my mouth water. We started getting berries at farmer's market about a month ago but I know the best ones will come from the north area of the state in about another 6-8 weeks. I love making jelly from them and friends and family always ask for a jar during the holidays.

I enjoy your photo that shows the blackberries in their various stages of ripening. I have been hungry for a blackberry cobbler but the prices at the store were way more than I was willing to pay. It was going to cost me almost $16 to get enough berries for the cobbler and I was too cheap to pay that much. That makes one, small, very expensive cobbler.

I surely couldn't go past this either and not pick it, it looks scrumptious. A beautiful capture and I do hope the bleeding isn't too serious and that the tests aren't too horrible.
