Description
Whale watch off Gloucester, Massachusetts about 30 years ago. I was once again caught with my 50mm lens and I wouldn't have scanned this one if it hadn't have been such an amazing adrenaline rush. Humpbacks frequently breach, throwing two thirds or more of their bodies out of the water and splashing down on their backs. Some information from Wikipedia.
