Description
took these outside of the animal shelter when I was adopting Bodie.sometimes I wished I had adopted a flower!!I can finally can give him a treat without getting an accidental bite. he has a trick of his own. he offers to shake hands then bites my arm. "he taught me" to quickly release. Eve and him both have so many scars from his play biting her.she gets mad and bites him back

wonderful flower meadow!!! Very nice photo!!!
Wonderful capture Richard! And I am sorry but I laughed when I read your description, I know those bites were painful but your telling was very cute! Hope you are able to teach him soon!
Nice colors, Richard. Butterflies and bees love blooms colored like them.
Well Richard first of all I love the photo and great eye to notice these thistles that day. As for Bodie I know it is a lot of work sometimes when they have developed bad habits but he will learn in time and I am sure he is grateful to have a home :)
Neat thistle shot. Had to laugh at your dog story. It reminds me of that old comic headline, "Man bites dog".
Beautiful multitudes of color. Sounds like you're having much fun with your new dog.
Ahhhh the finches must be in heaven there with all the thistleseed to nibble~ Pretty shot! Good luck with the new addition, takes a lot of patience (and antibiotic ointment) to master a biter. Hopefully he will come to understand "No" before you and Eve run out of patience.
great foto.

Beautiful colors! Interesting connection, between Brodie and your image. I hope he softens over time. He's like a thistle at the moment, though.
