Description

I was trying to get a shot of the young breeding male Red-eared Turtle that lives in my pond. My attention was on him when this baby turtle suddenly popped up. So I shot both, lol. The baby is one of about a dozen baby turtles that hatched out this spring. Right now they are about 1 1/2" in diameter. As was the case with yesterdays posting, this shot was taken late in the day with the sun low in the sky. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee
