Chicago's Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park dedicated in 1927 and modeled after Latona Fountain at Versailles, France.
This was another target of opportunity shot in a hurry from the passenger seat in our moving car.

Well seen and captured! Thank you for sharing it.
Sunshine! I always think of this city as overcast.
Fantastic shot!!!
Beautiful photo.
Awesome...!!!! A very spectacular view &image....
retype: lol shouldn't do this before first cup of coffee.. so what I meant to say was... I took some of the same fountain when I visited there last summer, not sure I posted any. I my have to check my files and show you. How is the windy City treating you??
Love this drive-by shooting! The city is very beautiful from this viewpoint.
Great image. I suspect half the city gets wet on a windy day.
Great capture, especially from a moving vehicle! You're showing me a Chicago I've not seen before. Everyone wants us to see the waterfront ... I'm so happy to see other pieces!
Wow, well done! I've been there, on a Segway...
Fantastic shot Bill, love this pov!
Super shot of this fountain and skyline.

What an awesome photo
excellent capture!!!
This turned out superb with the light in back of the fountain!
You got this type of shot down to a science! Another awesome capture and I can see the actual size in this because you have enough in the shot to give comparison.
I wonder how far up that shoots
Stellar clarity and dark and light contrasts in this wonderful freeze frame foto, Bill, and the fountain spray is awesome!
Hi Bill you are back and have to say this came out wonderfully for a drive by shooting!!
