Description
I must admit the first time I saw this amazing bird my jaw dropped! It has enormous tail feathers longer than its 3 feet height, which it can display like a peacock to which the Argus Pheasant is closely related to.
This spectacular species comes from Southeast Asia, naturally occurring in Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo. Their preferred habitats are forest areas, from sea-level to 4,000 feet.

nice to hear that the drama is over and they are on the mend. beautiful looking Pheasant nothing like the ones i used to shoot and our ones are nice, can you shoot those? and would they be nice to eat:) there i go again thinking of my belly again.
