Description
A Little Bit of Heaven
Sure my little bit of Heaven fell from out the sky one day
and it nestled in the ocean in a place so far away
and when the angels found it sure it looked so sweet and fair
they said suppose we leave it for it looks so peaceful there
So they sprinkled it with stardust just to make the shamrocks grow
it’s the only place you’ll find them no matter where you go
then they darted it with silver just to make the lakes look grand
and when they had it finished sure they called it Ireland

Beautiful poem and capture, I can certainly understand why you would call it heaven it's just that beautiful!!!
I liked this because it was understated, because you handle the muted tones so well, because the fade of the peaks in the distance is subtle & dreamy, because you gave a generous swath of sky, which gives us the source of this reflective lazy scene, because of the simplicity of the land & its 'speech' with its brush & grass and some trees (foreground), and because it feels like a quiet place that caresses and lets you be. Beautiful because it isn't spectacular: beautiful because it's inward. I have to stop for now, but I'll be back. At least I got a handful of the pieces you've uploaded recently...they've all been wonderful, and this is a beautiful shot.
