Nice Macro!
Very beautiful capture, and superb lighting and DOF!
Glad you finally decided to open your gallery. Very nice photo!
So Cool.. Really glad that you have started posting... Your words have been an encouragement to Me over time. Great pic, and yes it is a very good photo, well done
Wonderful shot! great macro! Welcome to the mad house!!!!!
I like it. Especially considering how difficult it can be to get that old Fuji to focus correctly.
Looks good. Like the water droplets. ...keep them coming:) Bill
Waddya mean "don't have to comment" - sheesh! Beautiful pic. Love the DOF naturally highlighting the central droplet and the saturated coral colors - good stuff! Excellent first posting! My brother lives in OR, been meaning to go back up again with a camera. (Very scenic - a natural source for fantastic backgrounds for my work LOL.)
Nice shot! It always rains in Portland!
Great job! That's water surface tension for you! lol Good job on the photography too. It looks like you have a grey roofed house in behind the photographer (you). A white fence too. You took it on an overcast day as well. I'd say mid-day. You have brown hair. There's a lot in a rain drop. Am I correct?
Superb work.
Hi Allen, This is a great shot. Three beads of water on a horizontal line back dropped by more lines with and excellent depth of field. Great composition. The branch in focus really pulls the eye inwards to the water drops, and the color is so vivid that it makes the whole thing pop. I get the feeling of movement in those branches as the rain fallsto the ground. Beautiful execution. I hope this means that you will be posting more and that your foot is also better. 5+.
great macro.although i am not a photograph-at least not a good one-i can see the superb in it.5++. ps we do not have a cat -heheh but a dog, cats years ago in the house we lived before, in the attico it would not work .
Oh how lovely. Gorgeous color, perfect water droplets!
Great abstract.
Very nice start to your gallery..and yes it gets habit forming. Like the clear beads of water with the colours of the plant showing thru. Good work.
Wow! Thank you all for your comments. BTW, Lotus253 is almost right. I was wearing an Irish fisherman's hat, so my balding dark ash blond hair looked brown.
Smiling really really big here....SMILES!!!! It's about time you got this gallery opened....and you couldn't have chosen a better image to do it with...Nature and all she has to offer us...She's dumping those showers on us here in Ohio today...I'll be looking forward to seeing more from you...welcome to Renderosity, Our Town!
