Description
Not sure if this is how Spitfires acquired their name, but just before the engines are started they need to be primed. If they get a bit more fuel than they need, the result is often a few flares of flame as the vapour is ignited. I just happened to be shooting the nose when this all happened. - Hope you like it.
For those who saw my earlier posts the aircraft is a Supermarine Spitfire Mark IX.
