Excellent photo of an engineering marvel for the 1870s!

Interesting capture. Aloha
very moody image, love the colours as well
The only good thing about all this rain we keep getting is that it is really adding colour to the vegetation. Nice sky and pov in this shot.
A master work to build this. Wonderful capture.
great shot
A super image!
Wonderful capture, quite a stunning sight!!! Hugs. Spider. xx
An excellent capture of this engineering masterpiece David, I have yet to go on the Settle/Carlisle line, I intend to one of these days. It took a long time to build this viaduct, and in the process so many people died that the railway paid to have the local cemetery extended to accomodate them. Superb work and presentation. Bravo!!!!!
what a beautiful find and shot !
Beautiful capture of this impressive viaduct!
Wonderful wide angle capture!
Thanks, JeffG7BRJ, for confirming that this was the Settle/Carlisle line. This is a trip that I keep promising myself when I'm in the area but still haven't got around to doing. One day. :-) Super photograph.
Wow, love the colors and landscape, outstanding capture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
