I wonder how many million euro's are in this shot, quite a few no doubt. I saw a program about realestate in Monaco. Many locals live outside and commute to work in the city from across the border. Excellent capture Sig, you had a good vantage point. Bravo!!!!!

There are a couple of cranes in this picture indicating that there is ongoing construction. No matter how one feels about this place, if I were super-rich I could easily see myself maintaining a residence there. Good temperate climate, spectacular scenery, and good food.
