Description
As the trainer demonstrates, the Peregrine Falcon has large claws for its size. The are used to grab the target out of the air at high speed, invariably breaking the neck of the prey.
Keep well,
Clive

Wow...pretty amazing capture...this Falcon looks as if hes posing for everyone... he is handsome! :-)
What a beautiful bird; I love their big eyes
Boy, you'd be in trouble if you forgot your glove:) Good shot of this fascinating creature.
This is one amazing photo, thanks for sharing!! hugs Jane xx
Well done shot - looks like the trainer shows his bird how to use his claws. The bird looks very interested, I think.
I love it .. I see these birds flying all over the place here; if only one would fly close enough to me so I could get a good shot, that'd be great!
Beautiful...
Beautiful capture! Love it! In our local park last year, there was a demonstration by hawkers. They had, among others, a Gyrfalcon. The trainer let it go, not realising the park is full of trees LOADED with PIGEONS! FOOD!!!! Dinner was served! And well, to cut a long story short, it didn't come back! At all!!!!! So funny! Another really fine and lovely picture. Rob.
fabulous capture! those claws would rip us apart :)
Excellent capture Clive.
