Description
Pondering that age old question: where do Easter eggs come from?
(and why can't I eat all the chocolate eggs I want anymore?)
Just being silly . . . was having fun playing with lots of software. You can see the candy foil effect better full size, although I lost some of it when I reduced the file size. Happy Holidays, everyone! and/or Happy Spring!

I don't actually think it is silly! This style really suits you - or you suit it - tremendously. The textures are wonderful and you seem a dab hand with Filter Forge. A nice general arrangement and the colours are wonderful. I've always been a sucker for rainbow colours. Anyway, it's a nice piece of art and as we say in advertising (paraphrased) "Let's roll it down the hill and see if the shell smashes".
Wonderful composition and concept! Superb textures too!
Fantastic Easter image, excellent work my friend.
funny and special x

Fantastic image and superb textur...excellent work..!!!!
Very funny Cathy and wonderful image too :)
thats a funny play for sure! playing is always good, for relaxation as well for new inpiration and ideas, well, thats how it works for me. and i wish you a happy easter and spring too :)
a lovely & funny piece, Cathy, a little egg-clock (well, there are 12 eggs all around) with bunnies & chickens & all that foil, and a few really big rooster/hens (sorry, I'm a city-person, I don't really know the difference in how they look!), and that lovely puzzle pattern underneath. I even like the outside puzzle, that little 'frame'-puzzle that almost seems like a mosaic or tile frame...A lovely holiday to you, a loving artist & soul; and thanks for all these intense & glowing hues. Hope you & all you love have a wonderful holiday & spring to follow! Lovely work.
Well done !! Happy Easter !! :)

EXCELLENT COMPOSITION & WORK :)
You know, the concept behind this image might be a bit odd, but I find those random, silly thoughts usually make the best pictures. I really like this one. Very original Easter work!
A lot of freshness and originality in your composition, reminding me of some of my textbooks when I was learning to read! It's nice to experience that feeling again, through the superb work you've achieved here.
You have such a fabulous creative imagination, this is such fun Cathy, hugs Jane xx
I thought the question was, "Which came first, the bunny or the egg?". Excellent Filter Forging and other effective effectswork. Cool, fun idea, well executed.
Amazing! Everything is great, textures, colors... Perfect!
