Description
This range of Mountains which form a Horseshoe is one of my favourite places in the region, and form the 12 Bens which rise to around 2,500 feet, I have long gone past the stage of doing all 12 in a day.. Indeed going up this one can prove difficult when the Peat hags are wet, and odd things can happen to your Compass.. Must have been the rocks or something throwing it off synch!
My thanks for taking time to view and for any comments etc you care to make

I hadn't thought about it but I guess you make these hikes with the aid of a compass and geographical map or maybe even a pocket GPS these days. A beautiful scene.

I really like the way the clouds are rolling in over the mountains wonderful POV and beautiful scene, awesome capture!!!
Beautiful landscape.
Very beautiful vista, with the clouds over the soft gentle hills! What a beautiful place Ireland is and you show it so well!
Magic in the misty mountain tops do you say? :-) I love this pov and composition. The water lays so flat on the ground and the desending slight slope tells me, since I can't see for the line of grass, that the water slips down into this valley I see.
glorious landscape! RS
lovely capture my friend x 5+
Love the mist and brightness of the image. Very serene and wonderful!
