Description
Spring comes slowly here in Sweden, but the sun is shining daytime, and everybody here turn their faces to the sun. I have heard that people from countries in the south wonder if it is some strange ritual.

very fine flower, gun - great colours too.
Lovely work.. It somehow does evoke slow change :)
another beautiful image from you, gun, you've made it look like the whole image was woven out of a deeply sensuous fabric...and it gives the flower the feeling of a gift. And your framing, with curved edges in a rectangle makes it more of a gift. A beautiful transformation of a flower. Very sensitive & sensual as always...
Beautiful!
Very good picture.
fantastic 2D...excellent image..!!!
Beautiful, velvety soft image, Gun. The colors are spectacular, as is the light of the sun reflecting on the leaves and flower. An image of life.
Beautiful digital painting!!!
Oil painting whether in real life or simulated digital always rules.
Lovely texturing and subdued, earthy coloring in this pretty image :) It is amazing to me that the sun is 93 billion miles away but that we can feel it's warmth caress our skin. It only takes 8 minutes for light to reach us from the sun! Our Creator is truly awesome and amazing ...
superb!
Beautiful composing with tonal variations.
Very lovely shot, Gun! Yeah and it is a great ritual to have, almost spiritual in nature
Beyond lovely, Gun. I adore the muted effect and tonals in this, as well as the framing. But, oh the perfection you've achieved as far as the overall balance here is a veritable eye-feast, dear lady. And the flower? It resembles a dogwood blossom (is it?), but I struggle to firmly identify it. Then again, that only adds to the intrigue. :)
This is just beautiful. I love the muted colors and the delicate look about it. The wonderful grainy texture reminds me of a giant airbrush image.
It's beautiful, it has that early spring feel, the sun trying hard to shine through the clouds, and all of the earth turns to face it. Here, spring comes slowly too. There's a feeling in the air that any second now the trees will burst forth with a soft haze of green .. you know that moment before the leaves open? But now there is snow in the forecast for tomorrow, about 76 millimeters possible (is that right? it sounds so much more then 3 inches!)
Very beautiful!
lovely and special x

Soft with a sensual innocence. And I, too, enjoy the sun 'ritual'. CC
