Description
I know, I know - I haven't been around lately and I cannot really tell you why not. Maybe it was just time for a mini break!
This image was captured in Swaziland. I just love the layered look of this landscape.
I am missing all my friends and will try and visit more regularly.
Take care!
Hugs, Carin xx

Good for you...breaks are refreshing. Good to see your smiling avatar back though :) I hit the six month mark tomorrow...I know because I just counted on my fingers. I sneak a day or two off periodically but you've been at this longer than me.
It's so beautiful! It is layered and an excellent picture!
Good heavens, a magnificent exercise in stratification! Love the contrast between the different variety of flora, the distant mountains, and the sky, Carin.

Wonderful landscape, so many different kinds of things to see--beautiful!!
I would never guessed that this was Africa. To many images of endless Savannahs. Very nice capture and DOF. Thanks for sharing and take care of yourself and Bruce before worrying about RR. We'll be here when you are ready. Dana P

Gorgeous!
The ferns and rolling hills are awesome, what a place to be, so much depth in the picture.
An amazing landscape Carin, I am considering where to go for my 50th later this year and can't decide between the Rockies or South Africa, not sure if SA is a little too far and expensive at the moment but still deciding!
Great image as you point out the layers really make the shot
