Description
You would not believe what I've gone thru to post this foto. I looked at it the other morning and a song title popped into my head that was just perfect. Then, I forgot it. It's been driving me crazy, and tonight I just decided, heck with it, I'm gonna post it and call it "I lost the title". But, as I was looking for it in my ready foto file, I forgot what I called the foto (are you seeing a pattern here?). And then, I just happened to be talking to Tara, and said, "oh, there it is, sun glow" and she said," why don't you just call it sun glow." duh.....

Well it is a lovely photo all the same.
Oh lord ... anything to get you to stop bothering me about the name! LOL! I like this shot, no matter what song you couldn't think of. :)
Ha, no matter what you call it, it is an attention getter. I like it. Did you ever notice the colors in water when a little bit of gasoline is in the water? Some of the coloration here reminds me of that. Where have I ever seen that you ask? In puddles after a shower at a nearby service station... Strange I know, but it is doubtful you'll get this comment twice :) Bill
Well, Did you ever notice the colors in water when a little bit of gasoline is in the water? Some of the coloration here reminds me of that, lol. But really, is this where the ocean washed the fences away?? Well composed & I do like the colors & post work.
:-) Titles are harder to post then taking the photos I think. I'm almost ready to start numbering them!
Beautiful Shot [^__________________^] Cheers, Roger
LOL... I see the pattern and have the same experiences from time to time... Dang!!! What a wonderful image and TITLE Marilyn!!! have a great Sunday! :)
Very nice shot.... Aloha
It's beautiful (but it does look polluted).
(I was thinking of doing the gasoline thing and making it three, but I think they did it well enough without me...) Yeah I guess it does look polluted, though some waters can get that sheen even naturally. (Stagnant, lots of organic material pouring into the water, etc.) Whatever it is, you really caught some of the worlds of water & its personalities. You brought out the subtle color lines in the water, and that's the beginning of painting. (You have a painting in there.) This is beautiful, and the scruffy grasses are dramatic intrusions into the glassy surface of the water. Another fine shot of your surroundings. I'm loving all these journeys, I really am...
Excellent shot none the less maz, I have been there done it got the tee shirt as they say.
nice image....
Very nice capture!!!
Excellent shot & title, dear Marilyn 5* :):):)
thanks for the smile wonderful work warm hug, Linda
It's not pollution, just some postwork, guess I shoulda stopped sooner!! lol
Postwork pollution? Is that like "grunging it up a bit" as certain people here like to do? ;p I like that iridescence, it's the upside of pollution, if there is one...beautiful image!
I don't know the song, but I know you got here a very interesting shot!
I totally agree with MrsLubner. The titel is harder to come up with than the picture. Excellent shot.
sun is glowing here.
Excellent capture
That sounds to much like hard work especially with me being brain dead today :o)..Is that oil floating on the surface ? Mick
Cool reflection... love the blues & greens!
