Great shot! Was stationed at Bremerton for a while and yes I remember there was some blue skies occassionally.
What a gorges scene. This quite an array of waterways around this area, excellent for mucking around in boats, I bet.

zoomed, your vision is a big billowing canvas, one billow opening up upon another, and your blues are sumptuous and they move through beautiful variations...but on the water, you've captured a couple of sharp accents, the white of the sailboat & couple of other white things in the distance, and it's just enough to speak for the whole shot. Simple, beautiful and sensuous, Gershwin would've been proud...
