Description
A slight change of pace here. Took my father's old Beethoven piano top statue, presented him with a bottle of Scotch (Beethoven, not my father), shot the image in camera RAW and added a flashlight lighting effect from Photoshop filters.
Thanks for stopping by. All your comments and favs continue to be highly prized. Thank you all.

Stunning! He's thinking, 'If only I had some arms!'
Give him a straw!!! Stunning work Bill... Really great image!
Super work.
A very impressive photo and composition....
Yeah, he needs a straw , being without arms. Clever idea, Bill.
Lol! I love it! Very well done Bill!! :)
LOL! Okay ... now I'm gonna have to drag out "Scotch on the Rocks" and post it out here in front! :) This is a great shot, my friend. I would raise my glass to you, but it's about 5:00 in the morning!
Great shot and post work. The position of the bottle in relationship to Ludwig along with his expression are super. Mug lifted in your direction. Col. Tom Edwards 62 sends his best.
Nice work Bill, the different angle here and the filter play their part well, nice one!
Looks good, like the post work.
IT'S OFFICIAL!!...Beethoven & The Glenlivet (12yr)...you truly are a cultured man.(not that there was any doubt). I've looked hard and can't make out your reflection in the bottle so 100% top marks.Great effects and inspired subject.I like this picture a lot.Maybe we should start a gallery of our fav tipple.(Mine's JD.) Thanks for this Bill.
LOL We always knew he had good taste. Great fun piece.
Cute! Thanks for the laugh.
lol...just love this one...grin...and I bet Beethoven would have been in love with Singlemalt too, if he just would be able to taste it...smile
Engaging concept, well executed:) I like it a lot!
I'd take the 12 y.o. bottle and let ya watch the statue in silence... deal? :D Excellent shot, Bill! Great composition!
Great work Bill! Scotch and music, go together pretty well I see.
Great composition, love it's light. And...ummm... Cheers! he he ;O)
Magnificent sculpture study in light, shadow and reflections in this terrific concept, Bill! I should have suspected a play on words when I first saw the title.
I'm sure he would have loved a drop while making his music. Great idea.
A wonderful idea and beautifully arranged Bill. I have a shot of single malt myself on occasion but never when I listen to Beethoven!
he seems to be a happy chap.now if he could only open his mouth. excellent idea and post work Bill
Great picture of the bottle of scotch! Glenlivette is an excellent single malt. Beethoven is nice too.
Some ppl need to drink that stuff in order to listen Beethoven's music! One of them is my dad!!!
Great shot Bill, I like the lighting, fifth bottle???
Beautifully composed, and very fine photoshop skills, Bill! Impressive!
Ah!!! A very fine Whisky indeed!! Has to be drunk neat - no ice! Just pure..... I am partial to wee dram myself now and then. Dragging my eyes away from the bottle, its a mighty fine picture. Well posed and taken. Nice mood to it.... Well done mate. Now. Back to the bottle.... Rob.
Can I have a shot?? might make my eye all better... :) Clever photo!!
Well, I surely hope that Beethoven is prepared to share his fifth! It is only polite!!!!!
