Description
this is looking NE from Table Rock Dam and the sun was down behind me.the valley was shrouded in darkness only showing a few lights. I braced myself on the guard rail and shooting with an high ISO and slow speed. when I saw the result, I thought it was lost but a simple use of Paint Shop,I was able to rescue it
here is the link to the forum with an example of shooting with a shutter speed to fast in the dark

A great rescue and a fine capture.
Magnificent and beautiful view!! Excellent capture!!
That's an amazing recovery on the shot. I saw the post in the forum and this is quite a rescue.
A very nice capture.
Fabulous work!
Superb work and a steady hand I say. Excellent. Aloha
Wow. Good save! It turned out fantastic! I really liked the dark version, too. But when you click for the bigger view, the white surrounding it makes it appear too dark. With the darker color surrounding it before clicking, it looks really terrific!
excellent POV!!
Great one! Really nicely done!
Great landscape, Richard.
Very nice!
Beautiful and quiet scenery. excellent photo!!
Amazing save Richard!!! Without reading your write-up, I would have guessed the name was not for this photo, which looks to be overcast daytime, with tree shadows on the water, blue sky, etc.
Beautiful capture Richard!
A good-looking shot of this waterway with the surrounding landscape.
