Description
Another shot of Makenna at her third birthday party. I have no idea what she was looking at - there was so much going on - but it must have been interesting!
I had fun with the postwork ... do you think I went too far?
:)
This might be my last upload to the photography gallery for a while! I'm out of images that are ready to go, and don't have my photo processing program troubles straightened out yet. I promise I'll still come around every day and look at your pictures ... I can't stay away!

Great picture, reminds me of the pictures taken in the 50's and 60's that type of graininess Well done
Awww so cuute! :-)
She does look deep in thought, what a sweet little girl. And no, you didn't overdo the postwork at all.
She is so cute even when she is faraway thinking of something serious. I recon the postwork is too far if an original picture became distorted unrecognizable with realy weird colors,in your case is works wonderfully with a beautyful little angel.
Beautiful portrait and pose:)
Cute portrait!
Lovely pic!
She's a little angel, lovely portrait.
so sweet and happy
I like the slight graininess Tara... It give it an olden day feel... Lovely image of a gorgeous little girl!!! No-way girl - you cannot not post... Hope you get your software straightened out very quickly... :)
Excellent. At first glance I thought that this was an image of many years ago. I see a simpler time to go along with this child's early life. It fits well. Anyway, wonderful!
a very nice portrait!!!!!
"A penny for your thoughts, my dear" hehehe... how sweet ! - For the postwork - I'd LOVE to see it in greyscales!!!
Could always grab a 30 day eval of somthing sweetie?...Just a thought, and no you didn't go too far, the PP adds a certain somthing here.
cute
In this case your subject makes the picture regardless of how much you have post worked it. I am in a phase of making things as sharp as possible but softness in a portrait and particularly with a young child is very fitting. I like it. Ronnie gave you one solution above...I downloaded (free forever) Google's Picasa3. It doesn't have all the functions but it has a lot and can easily fill the bill for now. If you've never looked at it, give it a try...you'll like it and "the price is right". See, we just won't let you off the hook :) Bill
super shot, shes a cutie
Adorable Tara! And this original postwork is excellent!
Very nice. The postwork gives it an aged quality. It fits!
What a lovely shot! I think the softness accentuates her tender young beauty...
Gorgeous portrait of a thoughtful little pretty girl :)
She's so cute! Excellent shot, great portrait!
Well, I love the pose and especially like the color work but I'm not as excited about the graininess. But then, I spend so much time removing grain and noise that it could just be me. :-)
super ! so cute !
This is so cute such a sweet face I do hope you can post soon still crossing me fingers have a wonderful weekend, Tara May warm hug and love, Linda Kaye
Sweet shot, and the added graininess adds a nice nostalgic touch. :)
