Description
Been trying to catch the moon this month with some success & some failures. Oh well it's all a learning curve. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

Great shots - all of them! It would be lunacy to try and pick the best one of the four
Excellent shots! Very well composed! :)
Excellent title for these interesting shots!
fantastic photos!!!!
Well you chose the perfect time of year to take these shots. For this month the moon was the closest it would be to the earth all year. I got out there on Friday and it was too cloudy to see her. And when I did I didn't have my camera grrrrrrrrr. But I did get some nice ones last night. Last month was special as the two planets near the cresent moon was gorgeous (and it won't be around for another 60 years...well that kind of leaves me out of a second chance LOL)but mine didn't come out so well as I didn't have my tripod with me and they were blurry.. so my friend I bow to you for taking such outstanding pictures!!! The polar cap on the moon looks like a starburst!! That is a fantastic capture all on its own.
I have no suggestions, I can only sit and stare in awe at these images. Beautiful!
WOW, that's all I can say--I haven't come close to getting shots like this!!

This is definitely a better effort than mine, I wouldn't even dream of posting mine... I concur with 'heartnsoul' on every level. 'Shine on you crazy diamond'... What camera, by the way ? Full marks !!! BB
Keep trying, great!

OH WOW! I love all 4 and I cant see it can be done any better.
Excellent shots Ralph. Somehow, I've missed getting to see your uploads for a week or so. I've got a moonshot up a few days ago myself. Same experiences...some successes, some not so goods...blooming clouds tripped me up the night of the fullest moon this month. Bill
