This is one of the things I love about Texas... towns from way back, now only a fraction of what they were, and gorgeous buildings from its heyday remaining behind to remind everyone of the town's pride and rich history. No money to keep them up to code so they languish by the wayside, but just look at how beautifully this was made! Fabulous shot.
Its a bank but looks like a cathedral. Wonder if its so folks can go worship their money.
wonderful building! Great perspective and photo!!!!
What an era that was great capture!
love the look of old buildings like this
The intricate and decorative facade is stunning architecture.
Great photo, Richard. At first I thought you had visited Tulsa, but I couldn't quite place this art-deco building here.
I am surprised that the building is still in phenomenal shape. Excellent and interesting capture, Richard.
Awesome shot!
Beautiful Image!! Fantastic Shot!!
Fantastic capture, Richard. What a wonderful piece of architecture. I hope they spend a few bucks on maintenance. It is important that buildings like this one, survive. A good reminder of how beautiful the made things, once. And how ugly they make them nowadays. Nice romantic piece.
Excellent display of the architecture in the capture. Nice bit of history as well.
