Nobody wins this argument. Which is more likely to be there in 300 years, the tree or the remains of the wall. The grass or the dirt? One man with one earthmover could change the whole conclusion. Why would he go to the expense?
nah.. you better don;'t start a fight with that tree !!! Or will TallPindo ! grin great image of a house that is lost and a tree that is grinning
Oh Wow!! Excellent shot! Love that tree!! :)
Juxtaposition. When and if the Photography Forum uses this for a theme...pull this image back out as an example. Unfortunately, this probably would be a difficult challenge. Excellent photo and title. Bill
Awesome capture!
Perfect! Excellent cadrage!
It looks like the tree was planted after the wall was damaged, but then it looks like the tree has suffered damage as well at sometime in the past. Your wide angle lens doesn't help with this puzzle David. An excellent capture none the less. Bravo!!!!!
great photo!!!!! F a n t a s t i c !!!!
Excellent capture, dear David. Wonderful trio today. Have a happy night. Hugs. Spider. xx
You have a strong sense of graphics and originality. 5+.
A superb place David!
Perfect capture, glad to see you changed a frame , much suitable.
Those trunks appear as giant, clawed feet gripping the earth as if refusing to budge. I love the composition.
Wonderful composition and capture; the stones are beautiful!
Now I know where they come up with the term climbing the walls? Neat neat capture, Great show and tell.
I agree, especially the left trunk looks like a taloned foot, grasping at the earth. Great shot! : )
Hmm, there is little that withstands the ravages of time. Very well done, Clive
