Well there is more here than what might meet your eye. Firstly she has a very natural skin tone and glow. That means you got your lighting right. And secondly you did a great job with her mussed up hair - nicely layered and no kinks. The only thing that I suggest is to use the sharpening tool in your graphics program to give a bit more sparkle and life to her eye. But the character herself is very well done.
