Description
In May I received a butterfly garden for my birthday. I planted the seeds just a few days later and only now have they begun to grow and bloom, way too late for any butterflies to be seen. Amazing considering our nights have been in the 30's and 40's! I will have to pull this planter in to the house today to allow the rest of the seeds to survive and bloom...This little jewel is about the size of a bottle cap and I have no idea what it is...I searched every plant that was listed on the seed packet but its not among those. My sincere apologies for lack of comments yesterday, had a very rough day but hope to catch up today.
Thanks for looking and for previous comments and favs!

Very bright colors, I can see why they would be attracted to it. Great to have it bloom at all since the weather has cooled so much. Well done.

Bright and beautiful, Lynn. A wonderful capture. Hugs. Di. xx
A lovely close up, Lynn! it might be a Rudbeckia family, but it could be Gallardia, someone will know. Ask for your birthday seeds a couple of months early next year!
It's a lovely flower that I bet brights up the day in that cold of weather.
