Description
Come to a secret place
That embraces your dreams
In every way
Where your spirit can rest
And your heart can play
In this Autumn Hideaway.
Today I went on a photo shoot to renew my spirit and capture the fading colors of Autumn before a storm sweeps them away. I discovered a beautiful spot tucked away in the forest, where the aspens were putting on a vibrant display of reds, oranges, peach and gold. It is very unusual for aspens to turn these colors, but these trees were somehow magical. I imagined a cozy cottage nestled between those trees, a place of healing and wonder, where Autumn (and beauty and life itself) never fades, and that inspired this image.
Credits: Another in my 'Beauty In Nature' series, created in Photoshop CS, using tree photos, painting techniques, blended with an Enchanted 5 background by Laksmi and a Fairytale background by jaguarwoman.
Hope you enjoy.

Superb work! This has a distinctly dream-like quality, and quite a strong dose of emotional warmth. The colors are vivid and inviting, wonderfully varied, and there is a complex mass of texture and shape to absorb, all of which is incredibly satisfying. I love your work!

GORGEOUS!!!!!
Although the forest up here in Minnesota never really looks like this in fall, you captured how the minds-eye sees it anyway :-)
a mix of true fall colors and fairy tale hues and the autumn of the soul...the reds, greens & earthen tones dapple your piece like shadows from an amazing heaven somewhere...there's almost an Impressionistic feel to it all...and the stepway from the cottage seems floating on air...I'm so glad I found your gallery, and I'll return. Beautiful work, everything I've seen. Much to fly with, and much to bask and find peace in too...
Oh this is gorgeous...Hugs
